Quality Control
& Customer Service: The
confidence level we have in our
workmanship allows us to offer a
two-year written warranty on all
self-performed work, which is double the
industry standard. RCI is very
meticulous about every aspect of our
work and the work of our
sub-contractors. By providing a detailed
job schedule, our subcontractors and
in-house tradesmen maintain a firm
communication line to keep our promised
completion dates. It is the
responsibility of each Project Manager
to update and account for any
complications that may occur to the team
leader and correct them before any job
is turned over to our customers.
Responsiveness:
With so much uncertainty in the world,
it’s good to know that someone will be
there for you when you need them. RCI
offers a 24-Hour Emergency service for
those unforeseen problems that may
arise. Our warehouse is fully stocked
with motorized aerial equipment, coring
machines, compact generators and
demolition equipment. We also stock a
full line of materials allowing for the
fabrication of emergency barriers and
partition walls. By stocking most all
needed supplies and materials, we forgo
any reliance on supply houses to furnish
our materials; we have them when we need
them.
Diversity:
Unlike most general contractors,
RCI employs our own tradesmen and by
doing this we maintain a greater control
on our quality of work. We know our
employees strengths and with this
knowledge we have the ability to choose
the right team for each individual
project. Our carpenters are skilled in
various forms of trades such as
acoustical ceiling, framing & drywall,
taping & texturing, carpentry,
structural steel & welding, concrete
work, door/frames/hardware and millwork.
We also can provide a work schedule that
meets your needs for those unique or
demanding projects.
