What separates RCI from most General Contractors is that we employ our own in-house tradesmen. Unlike most General Contractors who call upon outside sub-contractors and many times the “unknown worker”, RCI directly employs its own tradesmen allowing us to maintain a higher standard of quality and consistency. Our union employees average a fifteen year length of service, are trade school educated and certified with skills in various fields of construction. The AutoCAD Department is also equipped to provide miscellaneous construction details and shop drawings for casework using the latest software.
